At SDLM, we make motorcycle service simple and hassle-free. We pick up your bike, bring it to our garage for service, and return it to your location once completed. The time your bike is with us depends on factors like parts availability, shipping times, payment processing, and the scope of work being performed.

If you already know exactly what service and parts you need, this can significantly reduce turnaround time, as we can order parts at the time of pick-up. When booking your appointment, we’ll be transparent about the estimated timeline for both pick-up and drop-off.

To ensure a smooth and efficient service process, we require upfront payment for diagnostic and travel fees, along with a deposit on parts before any work begins.

• Diagnostic & Travel Fees – Payment for diagnostics and travel is due upon pick-up. This includes a diagnostic fee covering one hour of troubleshooting plus a mileage-based travel fee. If additional diagnostic time is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

• Parts Deposits – If your service requires parts, a non-refundable deposit covering the cost of parts must be paid before ordering. This ensures we can secure the necessary components for your bike without delays.

• Labor Payment – The remaining balance for labor is due upon delivery once your bike has been serviced and prepped for return.

By following this process, we keep things clear, transparent, and fair, ensuring your bike is serviced efficiently while protecting both your time and ours.
